Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SigSent you agree to these terms. If you use SigSent on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

SigSent lets you test email content, gather feedback from reviewers you invite, and generate AI-assisted analysis of that content. Features may change as the product develops.

• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

You keep ownership of the email content, campaigns, and other material you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process, and display it in order to run the service — including sending it to our AI provider to produce the analysis you requested.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for complying with the law when you send review links to other people.

Do not use SigSent to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Send review links in a way that constitutes spam or harassment.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service without permission.

Emotional analysis, rewrites, and recommendations are produced by an AI model. They are estimates, not facts, and can be wrong. Treat them as input to your judgement, not a substitute for it, and review anything before you send it to real recipients.

We aim to keep SigSent available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third parties — hosting, authentication, and AI providers — and may be degraded or unavailable when they are. We may change or discontinue features.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds unless required by law.

You may stop using SigSent and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will make it visible in the app. Continuing to use SigSent after a change means you accept it.
